Results of the Site's free tools (such as the Security Self-Check and the Backup 3-2-1 Planner) are indicative, based on your input; they do not inspect or evaluate any actual system or organization, and they do not guarantee that security measures are in place or that recovery is possible.
Input to the free tools is processed entirely in your browser and is never sent to us. Do not enter passwords or other secrets, or information that can identify an individual.

Article 4 (Prohibited acts)
When using the Site, users must not: engage in acts that violate laws or public order and good morals; infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights or interests of us or third parties; interfere with the operation of the Site (including excessive load, unauthorized access, or large-scale automated collection); enter or send false information; or engage in any other act we judge inappropriate.
Article 5 (Intellectual property)
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the text, images, programs, and other content on the Site belong to us or to the legitimate rights holders. Use beyond the scope of private use is not permitted.
Article 6 (Changes and suspension)
We may change, add to, suspend, or discontinue the content and functions of the Site without prior notice to users.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
We strive to keep information on the Site accurate and complete but do not guarantee it. We are not responsible for the content of external sites linked from the Site. Except where we acted intentionally or with gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Site.

Article 9 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location.
